Why We Invested in an Office in 2026
Since COVID, many businesses have reduced their office space, embraced fully remote working, or questioned whether physical offices are still worth the investment.
So why did we choose to move into a brand-new office in 2026?
Because for us, the office isn’t about where people sit. It’s about creating a space where people can learn, collaborate and do their best work together.
The role of the office has changed
Like many modern businesses, we’re flexible in how we work. Our team spans multiple countries and time zones, and technology allows us to collaborate with clients and colleagues around the world every day.
But we’ve also learned that some of the most valuable moments don’t happen in scheduled meetings. They happen when someone asks a quick question. When a project team gathers around a table to solve a problem together. When a client visits and experiences our culture first-hand.
Those moments are difficult to recreate through a screen.
We designed our office around people
When we started planning our new office, we asked “How do our people work best?”
That led us to create a space with collaboration areas, meeting rooms, quiet phone booths and flexible working spaces. Somewhere people can brainstorm, mentor, create content, welcome clients and spend time together when it adds real value.
One of the things we’re most proud of at GuyKat is our people.
Culture isn’t created by an office, but the right environment can help it grow. Our new space gives us more opportunities to learn from one another, celebrate successes, support each other and continue building a business where people genuinely enjoy working together.
