The ONLINE EDUCA Conference and Expo in Berlin gave our delegation the chance to discuss the latest trends in eLearning with HR professionals and other learning technology vendors. The headline theme of this year’s 20th anniversary event was Changing Learning; topics under discussion ranged from gamification to adaptive learning. GuyKat eLearning Consultant Emily Yates said “One thing that has struck me about this event is the international spread of the attendees. I was expecting it to be very European, but have been surprised by the number of people here from the Middle East. It’s been fun speculating what game-changing learning technologies the next 20 years will bring”.
