What products and services do they offer?

While best known for handbags, Coach also offers a wide range of products including ready-to-wear collections, footwear, and jewellery. Their heritage remains rooted in craftsmanship, with a strong emphasis on high-quality leather goods.

Background

Digital learning has been embedded at Coach for several years. Around four years ago, they transitioned to Docebo, moving entirely to a mobile-first learning experience for all learners.

This empowered Coach’s internal team to make real-time updates without heavy technical support, while also benefiting from robust analytics. Since implementation, engagement has exceeded industry benchmarks, largely due to the great user experience and accessibility.

What was the learning challenge?

While Coach had already achieved strong engagement, they identified an opportunity to evolve the experience further.

Content was primarily delivered through static formats such as PDFs and standard videos, which didn’t fully reflect the creativity and storytelling of Coach’s collections. Additionally, they were limited in their ability to customise Docebo’s look and functionality further without coding expertise

Coach needed a solution that would:

Elevate the learning platform to feel more like a branded, digital experience

Introduce more interactive, engaging content formats

Icon 3

Better support different learning styles, particularly tactile and visual learners

““Learners have really enjoyed the new digital learning format. It’s engaging, easy to consume, and fits perfectly into their day””

What was the solution?

Coach partnered with GuyKat to enhance and transform their Docebo platform into a more immersive, brand-led learning experience.

A key focus was reimagining the platform to feel more like a social media environment. GuyKat worked with Coach to customise both the look and functionality, creating a space that better reflects the brand’s identity and resonates with modern learners.

Bespoke Content Development:
Coach also evolved their content strategy for their core learning and product knowledge. Partnering with GuyKat to develop a new format for delivering major runway collections (like Fall and Spring) into a suite of interactive “digital magazine” experiences.

These modules allow learners to:

Early learner feedback has been overwhelmingly positive:

“In the best way possible, they keep you exploring.
The fact that we have to engage more is getting us to actually read more, and as a result the material is being better retained. The information is being presented in a different way now and that's refreshing.
I'm here for all of it.”
