What Hannah and Hannah took away from World of Learning

Hannah Quinton and Hannah Johnston headed to World of Learning at Birmingham’s NEC this week. Two Hannahs certainly made introductions easy, but it was the questions about the future of learning content that stayed with us.

How do we help people find what they need? What happens when an AI summary becomes their first stop? And how do we stop treating content as a destination and shift towards content as infrastructure?

Make content easier to find

You can create a brilliant learning resource, but it can only help if people can find it when they need it.

One of our main takeaways was the importance of designing for that moment of need. Someone looking for help with a task might not know the name of a course, the department that owns it or where it sits in the learning platform. They know the question they need answered.

Content needs to be surfaceable quickly. With clear titles, tagging, machine-readable and well organised content can surface at the point of need.

When the summary becomes the first stop

AI summaries added another layer to that conversation.

Pew Research Center’s analysis of US browsing activity in March 2025 found that, when a Google AI summary appeared, users clicked a traditional search result in just 8% of visits. That means 92% of people were happy the summary answered their question, and didn’t need to open the original content.

This is web search research, rather than a measure of workplace learning. But it raises an interesting question for L&D: are we designing learning experiences that reflect how people already look for answers in their day-to-day lives?

When someone needs help with a specific task, an immediate, relevant answer can be more useful than having to work through an entire course. Our content strategy needs to make room for that, while recognising when a fuller explanation, practice or human support will help someone move forward.

Blended learning has always recognised the value of different approaches. This takes that thinking further, with content becoming a connected source of knowledge that people can search, question and draw from in the moment.

It also changes what personalisation could look like. Recommendations based on someone’s job title are a starting point. The bigger opportunity is to respond to their situation, experience and goals.

For example, a learner might once have searched for “leadership skills” and been presented with a list of courses. Now, their question might be“I have an annual review in a few months. Based on my career framework and recent feedback, where are the gaps in my leadership skills, and what should I work on first?”

With the right information and permissions in place, a useful response could help them identify development priorities, find relevant resources and suggest practical opportunities to build those skills. It could also help them prepare for a conversation with their manager.

That puts new demands on the content behind the answer. Personalised answers also need appropriate access to information and clarity about what they are based on.

For us, this brings the conversation to content as infrastructure….

Thinking of content as infrastructure

The course, resource or video remains valuable, but its knowledge may also need to support a search result, a summary or a personalised development plan.

The opportunity for L&D is to design for both: helping people find a useful answer quickly, and giving them a clear route into deeper learning when they need it.

Viewed this way, a resource has a life beyond its launch. It needs an owner, regular maintenance and a clear place in the wider knowledge environment. It should be possible to find, update and reuse the information without creating several competing versions.

The question becomes broader than “What should we build next?” We also need to ask, “How will this knowledge stay useful?”

Want to know more?

Making time for events like World of Learning is part of how we keep learning at GuyKat. Our purpose is to help organisations share knowledge at scale. Staying curious about how people find and use that knowledge is part of delivering on it.

Why We Invested in an Office in 2026

Since COVID, many businesses have reduced their office space, embraced fully remote working, or questioned whether physical offices are still worth the investment.

So why did we choose to move into a brand-new office in 2026?

Because for us, the office isn’t about where people sit. It’s about creating a space where people can learn, collaborate and do their best work together.

The role of the office has changed

Like many modern businesses, we’re flexible in how we work. Our team spans multiple countries and time zones, and technology allows us to collaborate with clients and colleagues around the world every day.

But we’ve also learned that some of the most valuable moments don’t happen in scheduled meetings. They happen when someone asks a quick question. When a project team gathers around a table to solve a problem together. When a client visits and experiences our culture first-hand.

Those moments are difficult to recreate through a screen.

We designed our office around people

When we started planning our new office, we asked “How do our people work best?”

That led us to create a space with collaboration areas, meeting rooms, quiet phone booths and flexible working spaces. Somewhere people can brainstorm, mentor, create content, welcome clients and spend time together when it adds real value.

One of the things we’re most proud of at GuyKat is our people.

Culture isn’t created by an office, but the right environment can help it grow. Our new space gives us more opportunities to learn from one another, celebrate successes, support each other and continue building a business where people genuinely enjoy working together.

Better collaboration creates better learning

As a digital learning agency, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.

The best ideas rarely come from one person working alone. They come from designers, developers, consultants, learning specialists and AI experts sharing different perspectives to solve a client’s challenge.

By creating a workspace that encourages those conversations, we’re investing in the quality of the work we deliver as much as the wellbeing of the people creating it.

Want to work with us?

For us, investing in an office in 2026 was about investing in our people, our culture and the future we want to build together.

Simon’s GuyKat Graduate Scheme Journey

Changing careers isn’t always easy, but the right opportunity can make all the difference…

Simon joined the GuyKat Graduate Scheme to combine his passion for learning and technology while exploring a new industry. Eighteen months later, he’s built new skills, discovered his strengths, found a clear career path and, dare we say it, had a lot of fun along the way.

What attracted you to the GuyKat Graduate Scheme in the first place?

I was initially drawn to the scheme due to the overlap between two core elements of my previous career. Learning and technology! As a career changer, the rotation format of the Graduate Scheme allowed me the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the L&D industry from a range of different perspectives. It felt like the perfect fit for me!

How would you describe the Graduate Scheme to someone who knows nothing about it?

The GuyKat Graduate Scheme is an 18-month programme designed to be completely tailored to each successful applicant. With the rotation-based structure you’ll get the opportunity to:

Find the type of work that you enjoy the most

Work with a range of teams across the entire business

Gain a better “big picture” understanding of how GuyKat works as a whole

What’s the biggest skill you’ve developed during the programme?

Without a doubt, this has to be my general project management and organisational skills. With multiple projects on the go simultaneously, it can become very easy to get lost in the weeds. That being said, you’re surrounded at GuyKat by absolute experts who can help you keep all those loose threads neatly tied together.

How did working with different teams help your development?

You really gain an understanding of how the different components of the business individually work. No project or job is truly stand-alone. Having insights into how other areas function helps you get a complete picture of how the wider project works, and how your contributions can best fit into that picture.

Was there a rotation or project that stood out?

For me, this has to be the PMO rotation I undertook. This was the point at which I really started to take ownership of a range of different projects, and where I had the freedom and opportunity to stand out and carve out my own place within GuyKat.

How would you describe the culture at GuyKat?

Without a doubt, it’s people first. I’ve never once felt like I’ve been left alone to solve or overcome a problem without the option of support if I felt I needed it. So many people make an effort to take time out of their day for the sole purpose of upskilling and supporting you! Frequent one-to-ones with both your immediate team leads and also your leadership contacts give you so many opportunities to have your voice heard.

Can you share a moment when someone at GuyKat really supported your development?

Picking out only one is genuinely quite difficult, especially when the example I’m choosing also happens to apply to multiple other people across the whole 18-month period. GuyKatters really make an effort to include you in whatever topic you have an interest in getting more exposure to. For me, this was most noticeable when I started to pursue an interest in the more technical aspects of Docebo, such as Connect. Almost instantly, I was invited along to shadow a range of client calls. Giving me that immediate exposure to the areas that most interested me.

What do you think makes someone successful on the Graduate Scheme?

Diving in feet first and just seizing every opportunity that comes your way. Everyone here wants you to succeed; the outcome really is what you decide to make of it. Every bit of effort you put into the scheme really does get returned to you twice over.

What’s your favourite memory from your time on the Graduate Scheme?

Each year the company has a number of Away Days in which both our Europe and NA companies get together. These have always been such great opportunities to think big picture about the coming year. Plus, you talk and collaborate with people who I don’t otherwise speak to as much day to day. It’s such a great balance of work and social, and I’m already looking forward to the next one.

What are you excited about next now that you’re graduating?

I feel like I’ve developed such an amazing foundation over the course of the scheme from which I can now only build. I’m coming out of the programme with a very clear trajectory and everything I could possibly need to succeed along it.

When Ollie joined GuyKat as a Graduate in 2024, he wasn’t entirely sure which direction he wanted his career to take. Thanks to a series of graduate placements across GuyKat, he discovered a passion for platform development. Today, Ollie is a valued member of our Platform Design & Development team, helping deliver solutions for global clients every day.

We caught up with him to reflect on his experience of the Graduate Scheme, what surprised him most, and the advice he’d give to anyone thinking about applying.

What was your experience like on GuyKat’s Graduate Scheme?

“When I joined as a Graduate it involved doing multiple placements in order to get a sense of the business. I could then find the area that I gain and produce the most value in.”

“The variation of work I was doing each day meant I could find solutions to unique client problems. Each task I worked on allowed me to practice or develop a new skill. It was extremely rewarding to know that people directly benefited from the work I did.”

That variety of experience proved invaluable. Those early placements gave Ollie the opportunity to explore different areas of the business before finding the role that suited him best. Today, he’s part of GuyKat’s Platform Design & Development team, where he continues to build on the foundations he developed during the Graduate Scheme. But for Ollie, the learning hasn’t just come from the work itself.

“This experience has been boosted by the amazing people that I get to work with each day. They always make themselves available to help with any particular issues, regardless of which area of the company they work in.”

Feeling supported has also helped him develop confidence in his own ideas.

“I feel that I am a valued member of the team and my thoughts are always seriously considered, despite having less experience than others. That has helped me develop my confidence in sharing ideas and my curiosity to learn more.”

Why Choose the GuyKat Graduate Scheme?

Finding the right role was important, but so was finding the right company.

“I had just graduated from university and wanted to work somewhere where I could use the skills that I had developed. What really solidified my interest in working for GuyKat, however, was the work culture. It focused on helping each other to develop our personal and professional skills in an environment that values everyone and respects the differences between each other.”

That positive first impression didn’t stop after Ollie accepted the role. So, when asked what stood out most about GuyKat, Ollie’s answer was immediate.

“I do not believe there are many places out there that are able to make their working environments so positive to all employees! GuyKat exceeded all of my expectations and continues to impress me with the amount that each employee is cared for and respected.”

For many graduates, however, the application process can be daunting but Ollie remembers the process very differently.

“I never felt that my lack of professional experience impacted me negatively in my application process or since starting at GuyKat. GuyKat was more concerned with the type of person that I am and the things that I am capable of doing. I found the application and interview process the best balance between casual and formal.”

What Advice Would You Give Future Graduates?

“Do it! You have nothing to lose and absolutely everything to gain. Even if your background is not in the tech industry, or you feel like you lack past experience. If you demonstrate the working culture and personality that the company values, you will love it here! The Graduate Scheme gives you the chance to find out where you enjoy working the most.”

Looking back, it’s clear the GuyKat Graduate Scheme gave Ollie far more than his first job. It helped him discover the career he wanted. Today, he’s part of our Platform Design & Development team, working on projects for global brands and continuing to build new skills every day.

That’s exactly what we hoped our Graduate Scheme is designed to achieve! Giving talented graduates the opportunity to explore different career paths, build confidence, and discover where they can make the biggest impact.

We’ve been keeping some news since January 2025, and it involves a lot of hard work and a massive win for data security. GuyKat is proud to be ISO 27001 certified!

This is a huge milestone for us, but more importantly, it’s a reflection of our ongoing commitment to information security, data protection, and the trust you place in us. This isn’t just a badge. It’s proof that we take security seriously and have embedded robust safeguards into how we operate every single day.

What exactly is ISO 27001?

ISO 27001 is the internationally recognized benchmark for information security management systems (ISMS). It provides a strict framework for organizations to identify, manage, and mitigate data risks.

Achieving this means our systems, processes, and controls have been tested against the highest global standards, and they passed with flying colors.

The Bottom Line: What This Means For You

We understand the importance of keeping your data secure, which is why we invest in industry-leading security practices. This certification ensures:

Your information is handled using best-in-class security protocols.

We proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Our processes are designed to ensure secure, reliable service and minimise the risk of disruption.

Looking Ahead (Because Security Never Sleeps)

Having first achieved ISO 27001 certification in 2025, we are continuing to maintain and strengthen our information security practices.

Now we’ve formed this foundation, moving forward, we will continue to:

Regularly stress-test and improve our security practices.

Stay steps ahead of emerging digital risks and threats.

Give you absolute confidence that your data is safe.

Security, trust, and reliability are at the heart of any strong partnership. So, this milestone strengthens our ability to support your organization with total confidence, today and as your needs evolve.

Three Organisations. Three Very Different Challenges.

At Docebo Inspire, we’re bringing together three incredible organisations who are doing something many teams are still trying to figure out, turning learning platforms, like Docebo, into experiences people genuinely want to use.

On the panel, you’ll hear from:

Becky Gardner – Digital Learning Technology Leader at Coca Cola Europacific Partners

Sue Smith – Training & Development Specialist at IDEXX

Tania Flagg – Director, Digital Experience & Enablement at L’Oréal

Guy McEvoy – CEO and Founder of GuyKat (Host)

They all have different learners. Different challenges. Different goals. But all facing the same core question, How do you make learning work in the real world?

What is the session about?

This session will be an honest, behind-the-scenes look at how partnering with GuyKat helps organisations move beyond implementation and maximise the long-term value of their Docebo investment.

Expect to hear how:

Smarter design can completely change how users interact with learning

Small shifts in how content is surfaced can drive big changes in behaviour

The right incentives can turn mandatory learning into something people actively seek out

How can you scale learning without breaking everything?

Rolling out learning at scale isn’t just a technical challenge. It’s organisational, cultural, and operational. This session dives into:

Why phased approaches often outperform “big bang” launches

How to balance global consistency with local needs

What it really takes to support thousands of users across regions, roles, and languages

Where are they taking their Docebo next?

This isn’t just about what’s already been achieved. It’s about what’s coming next.

We’ll cover how to make content more personalised, how to use AI to support performance in the moment and scalable models that can be repeated across brands, teams, and regions.

Why should you attend?

If you’re:

Scaling Docebo (or about to)

Struggling with adoption or engagement

Or just want to see what good looks like in practice

This session will give you real stories, honest lessons, and practical inspiration you can take away immediately. No theory. No fluff. Just what works, and what doesn’t.

And how you can get started today with us!

To make sure you leave with more than just a tan, here’s how to navigate the show like a pro:

1. Attend Real-World Sessions

The best part of Inspire isn’t just seeing what the platform can do, it’s hearing what people are actually doing with it.

Skip the theory and look for the success stories.

At GuyKat, we’re putting that into practice with our own panel: honest insights from three global powerhouses who’ve been in the trenches.

Getting the Most Out of Docebo: Lessons from Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, L’Oréal, and IDEXX.

Expect a candid look at:

How these organisations drive real value from their platform

What they’d do differently if they were starting today

How a partner like GuyKat helps keep the momentum going long after go-live

Just practical lessons from teams who’ve done it at scale.

2. The Best Insights Happen at the Coffee Stations

The agenda is packed, but the real “aha!” moments usually happen over good food and drinks.

Whether it’s debating AI strategy, swapping platform tips, or figuring out how to actually map skills, the person standing next to you in the lunch queue might be your most valuable session of the day.

Docebo Inspire is famous for its great food and generous snack breaks, so come prepared with one specific challenge you’re facing then use the crowd as your personal think tank.

You’ll be surprised how many people are solving the exact same problem.

3. Lean on the Experts (That’s Us)

You don’t have to figure out the Docebo ecosystem alone.

As Docebo’s longest-serving partner, we’ve seen it all, from early implementations to complex global scale-ups.

As Platinum Sponsors, we’ve created a dedicated space on our stand where you can:

Fine-tune your current setup

Plan your next big launch

Problem-solve challenges with people who’ve seen it before

Build learning experiences people remember

Whether you’re looking for quick advice or a deeper conversation about where your learning platform could go next, we’re here to help.

See you in Miami!

“Docebo AI Harmony Search Will Do Everything for You?”

Let’s Talk About That.

PEACE, LOVE, & HARMONY

Docebo Harmony Search explained: What does it really mean for L&D teams?

‘Upheaval’; the word is being thrown around a lot in the world of Learning & Development. An upheaval tends to result in an evolved landscape, but they aren’t always fun to live through. Revolutions drive progress, but they’re chaotic; the AI revolution is no different.

In the midst of this, what we need is a moment of calm. An oasis of serenity. A sense of Harmony.

Harmony Search is Docebo’s intelligent assistant capable of drastically reducing the amount of administrative overhead involved in running a training platform. Harmony Search is young, but even in this early stage of its evolution, it offers a look at how AI can (and will) transform the way human beings interact with their training environment.

Here at GuyKat, we’re eager to provide some tips on how to maximize its impact.

How can you get the most out of Harmony Search?

After a decade in L&D, I know directing learners to required material can be an uphill battle. Training platforms often become tick-box exercises, forcing learners to need direct links to exactly what they must complete. Creating a platform for self-sufficient exploration is a devious challenge.

Part of the problem lies in how search systems have worked historically. Many platforms rely on simple keyword searches that depend on exact titles or metadata. If a learner doesn’t know the precise wording of a course, finding the right training can become frustrating.

Harmony changes this approach to a more conversational AI interface. Learners can ask questions naturally. Harmony then analyses the meaning behind the question and searches across the learning content available on the platform.

Video transcriptions and parsed Elearning material powers its responses to direct learners towards the training most relevant to their query. Harmony endeavours to understand why a learner is asking about a topic, and curates its suggestions based on its understanding of all the learning content available to the learner.

Harmony Search allows the learner to type in their question or statement and receive curated replies based on training content:

Alternatively, the ‘Ask Harmony’ feature provides conversational answers, summarising information drawn from the platform’s learning content while linking directly to relevant training materials.

After experiencing this kind of search, traditional keyword-based systems can feel surprisingly limited.

Harmony is powerful, if you design for it

However – In the construction of the Docebo platform, Harmony is here as an assistant, not the architect. While Harmony introduces powerful AI capabilities, it doesn’t remove the need for good platform management; in fact, the opposite is true.

Earlier I mentioned that Harmony curates its responses based on its understanding of content available to the learner; either from content learners are currently enrolled in, or from all training that is available to them within the platform. In both cases, the quality of the responses depends heavily on how well the learning content has been maintained. You’ll need to ensure the content is accessible to learners if they’re going to benefit from Harmony’s great big AI brain.

Outdated courses, duplicate materials, or inconsistent metadata can all create confusion for AI-driven recommendations.

In other words, AI won’t fix bad configuration. But GuyKat can!

Preparing your Docebo to make the most of Harmony

Harmony is a deeply impressive leap into the evolution of L&D platforms. But we can’t just switch it on and let it do all the work; it needs us to build the platform on which it stands.

Harmony can generate answers based on general knowledge when it cannot find relevant information within the platform itself. Administrators can choose whether to allow this behaviour or restrict Harmony to responding only with information drawn directly from platform content.

Allowing general knowledge responses can make Harmony feel more flexible and helpful when learners ask broader questions.

Restricting responses to platform content ensures that answers always remain grounded in your organisation’s official training materials.

Fortunately, Harmony comes with a ‘Preview’ mode which can be activated just for the Superadmins on the platform; meaning the top-level Administrators can test out the new AI functionalities without learners being impacted. For many organisations, this testing phase becomes an opportunity to review the health of the learning platform as a whole.

Wondering if you need to spruce up the platform to maximise Harmony? Check out our article on Governance!

How can GuyKat help?

At GuyKat, we work with organisations to optimise their Docebo platforms, improve governance, and ensure new features like Harmony deliver real value for learners and administrators alike.

If you’re exploring Harmony or planning to enable AI features within your platform, we’d be happy to help you get the most from it, contact us today.

Docebo is clearly committed to thoughtful AI integration. These training platform evolutions are designed to accelerate the human experience, not replace it. Though it’s a time of change, have no fear; GuyKat will help L&D embrace this new paradigm.

Harmony Search is only the start, AI is integrating everywhere, and for professional development, it’s an opportunity, an ally, a friend, not a threat.

Want to talk to a real human about it?

GuyKat are here to help with any professional learning solutions you may require. As one of our LMS Analysts, Leo is usually found studying up on Docebo and chatting through solutions with clients and his fellow teammates. Off the clock, he enjoys writing, films, and walking his very spoiled dog. If you’re interested in having a discussion about supercharging your training platform, or getting dog pics, get in touch today!

“AI translations are good enough, just press translate”

It sounds efficient. But is it enough?

AI has transformed how we handle multilingual content. The speed is impressive and the accessibility is powerful. What once took weeks can now take minutes. But treating translation as a “click and forget” task is risky.

Accurate translation isn’t just about correct grammar or spelling. It’s about meaning, tone and cultural connection.

AI translation doesn’t solve localisation

It is a common mistake to use ‘translation’ and ‘localisation’ interchangeably, but they serve very different purposes:

Translation is the direct, word-for-word replication of a piece of text.

Localisation is making that translation fit contextually while maintaining the integrity of mnemonics, acronyms, and cultural relevance.

Localisation requires more than translation. What feels appropriate in one country may feel tone-deaf in another. What is legally compliant in one region may be entirely different or even non-compliant elsewhere. Tone varies wildly across borders. Some cultures prefer a more laid-back, informal approach to learning, while in others, formality is everything.

AI might translate the words, but only a native speaker can ensure the message is conveyed with the appropriate respect and impact.

AI often misses the mark in a professional context

AI struggles to convey brand voice and often fails to grasp the nuance required for sensitive workplace topics.

Translation engines can occasionally lose the thread of technical context with devastating results.

In one instance, a translation engine replaced the term for a Brachial vein with the Basilic vein. In a medical training context, an uncorrected error like that could lead to life-threatening mistakes in physician training.

A phrase that works perfectly in English can fall flat (or worse, offend!) in another language. Idioms don’t always travel. Humour rarely translates cleanly. Brand voice can easily become diluted.

At GuyKat, a human review sits at the heart of the process

At GuyKat we are always looking to improve and make use of new technologies.

As such have moved from the old, manual and slow way of working to the much quicker AI supported method:

We spend time ensuring that spelling, grammar and tone are correct in the original content to set translation up for success. Post-editing (PEMT) is still essential for every piece of content, so we ensure a human editor reviews each localisation to give you the best of both worlds, retaining the tone of voice and consistent terminology throughout. Because translation quality doesn’t start at the end, it starts at the source.

We build robust translation memory and termbases. AI can then tap into previously approved content, ensuring terminology remains consistent across modules, updates and markets.

We always quality assure the localised content. Because learners in Germany, France or the US shouldn’t have a different experience simply because of language. The standard should be identical.

AI might help us move faster but human expertise ensures we never compromise on quality.

“AI can replace instructional designers.”

It’s a bold statement, and one we’re hearing more and more.

With AI tools now able to generate learning objectives, scripts, quiz questions and even full eLearning modules in seconds, it’s easy to see why some might think instructional designers (IDs) are becoming redundant.

But here’s the reality: Whilst AI can absolutely enhance instructional design. It cannot replace it. Let’s unpack that!

Where AI genuinely helps in content creation

AI is an incredibly powerful assistant. Used well, it can:

Generate first drafts of content quickly

Create images rapidly from minimal prompts

Develop scenario ideas or quiz questions

Suggest clever ways to structure lessons and content

In short, it reduces production time.

For experienced instructional designers, this means less time staring at a blank page and more time refining and shaping. AI is brilliant at speeding up the mechanics of content creation. But efficiency is not the same as effectiveness. AI cannot replace instructional design thinking…

Instructional design is not about producing content. It’s about solving business problems through behaviour change.

And that’s where AI falls short:

AI repeats. It works by recognising and reproducing patterns, which means it can generate modules that look polished, structured and complete, but are fundamentally the same thing reworded.

AI won’t stop and ask whether training is actually what your learners need. Without strong instructional design direction, you end up with content for content’s sake.

AI can hallucinate, over simplify and confidently state things that may not be true. Because AI generates responses based on probability (not understanding) it will sometimes fill in gaps with information that sounds right. Small inaccuracies can have big consequences!

AI isn’t curated. If you let AI deliver answers without guardrails, you risk producing content that’s completely wrong for your business. Too generic, too corporate, too informal and not aligned with your culture.

Sometimes the quick and cheap AI course becomes the most expensive mistake the company makes.

At GuyKat, we use AI every day. But we use it deliberately.

Our instructional designers start with these questions:

What’s the business problem?

What behaviour needs to change?

What’s preventing that change?

What does success actually look like?

Those are human judgements. They require experience, empathy and commercial awareness.

Every organisation is different. Its culture, tone, systems and learners all shape how training should land. A technically correct module can still fail if it doesn’t fit the environment.

We partner with you to drive behaviour change.

Instructional Designers will always be necessary to perform discovery, workshops, define learning strategy or make final design decisions, none of which can be delivered by skipping a human review.

Every AI output at GuyKat passes through the hands of an experienced Instructional Designer. We refine, challenge, and shape that output to ensure it aligns with your specific goals.

We use AI to raise the bar of what’s possible, not to lower the standard of what’s acceptable.

The real question isn’t “Will AI replace instructional designers?” it’s “What can great instructional designers do with AI?”

AI is not the threat, poor instructional design is.

AI can generate words but great instructional designers create change, and that’s not going anywhere.

In fact, when used well, AI raises the bar. It frees our team to focus less on admin and more on strategy, creativity and measurable impact.

Want to talk to a real human about it?
