The best way to teach someone is to have a human teacher who has the skill to tailor their teaching to every student’s individual learning style. Sadly, this human solution is expensive. Even if you have the funding you cannot guarantee consistent delivery. A usually good teacher on a bad day becomes a bad teacher for that day’s class. You also have to go to the expense of pulling your people out of their day-jobs, booking a suitable room, sorting out travel and accomodation and so on. You then find you have to deal with a catch-up plan for those who couldn’t make it due to some emergency or other on ‘the big day’….

Our technology allows us to rapidly author bespoke e-learning applications for our clients. So long as you can provide your people with internet access in a browser* – then we can deliver your course.

- It is Self-paced learning. Some people like to put their heads down and do a course in one go. Some people like to do things in bite-sized chunks. We can set it up so the pace is up to the learner. Quick learners are not stuck to the pace of the slowest in class. Whilst slow learners don’t have to ‘pretend’ they get it while the rest of the class races on.
- Interactive & Fun. Our Technology allows us to do very funky interactive things with video and sound. This is far more than ‘online powerpoint’. We pride ourselves in making our delivery engaging and exciting no matter how dry the topic.
- Assurance of completion. We can set-up online exams that assure your colleagues have ’attended’ the virtual course, then validate their understanding through online quizzing. We can also ensure that you have an audit trail of who has undertaken what training.
Although the most common request is for us to build courses to teach people new software (and we can include full bespoke simulation exercises for your exact new system in our training) we are equally comfortable to develop ‘soft skills’ courses with you. Prices vary depending upon the complexity of what you want to create and the features you wish to include. However, typically even a feature rich implementation will compare favourably in price to the total cost of a ‘one-hit’ classroom based delivery program. We want you to think only about the content you wish to deliver and to leave us to worry about the technology. However, if you are of a techy bent and interested we use Adobe Captivate as the primary development platform and supplement development with other tools dependent upon requriements. * The content is output in Flash so browsers need to have Flash support installed (98% of standard PCs currently do and we can quickly sort that out for you if yours do not). As our standard output is in Flash we do not typically support iOS devices (such as iPads). However, at additional cost we can also develop for this platform (in HTML 5.0).
